How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@silverfoxsociety.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will process your request within 5 business days.
The Sigma Formula Book — Physical Returns
If you purchased a physical paperback copy of the Sigma Formula, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. The book must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

The Sigma Formula Book — Digital Copy
Due to the nature of digital content, digital copies of the Sigma Formula are non-refundable once accessed. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Challenge 30 Program — Refund Policy
Challenge 30 is a 30-day program with live coaching, community access, and ongoing support. Due to the nature of the service and the space allocated for your participation, Challenge 30 is non-refundable after enrollment. However, if you experience technical issues or have concerns, please contact our support team at support@silverfoxsociety.com.
Sigma Score App Subscription
The Sigma Score App is included free with your Sigma Formula book purchase. If you experience issues with the app, please contact our support team. Refund requests for the book will include discontinuation of app access.
Community Access
Silver Fox Society community access is included with your purchase and is non-refundable. However, if your account is terminated due to violation of community guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline
- Initial Processing: 5 business days from submission
- Inspection (for physical returns): 5-10 business days
- Refund to Payment Method: 5-10 business days after approval
Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to process the refund on their end.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs for physical returns unless the return is due to our error.
