Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and our services (including the Sigma Formula book, Sigma Score App, and Challenge 30 program), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Use License
Silver Fox Society, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any content without our explicit written permission.
Product Descriptions
We attempt to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for the Sigma Formula book, Sigma Score App, and Challenge 30 program. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, or error-free.
Subscriptions, Renewal & Cancellation
Membership subscriptions (including The Standard and The Year) renew automatically at the rate stated at checkout — monthly or annually. We send a reminder email before every charge. You may cancel at any time in two clicks from your account or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
30-Day Conditional Guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee on programs (including The Challenge) is conditional on doing the work: to qualify for a refund, you must have logged your weekly check-ins and followed your band-specific prescription during the 30-day period. If you have done the work and are not satisfied, contact support@silverfoxsociety.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your enrollment in full.
Prize Eligibility
Champion's Cup and challenge prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of the Silver Fox coaching team based on score movement from the Day-1 baseline, Sunday Check-In adherence, cohort contribution, and a complete transformation submission. To be eligible you must meet the adherence requirements and submit your Day-1 and Day-30 photos, measurements, and written summary. Until cohorts exceed approximately 60 paid seats, prizes may be awarded as non-cash alternatives of equivalent value (such as coaching credit, membership, and awards). Prize structure may change between cohorts; the rules published for your cohort at enrollment govern.

Illustrative examples are shown on this website where real cohort results do not yet exist, and are labeled as such. Results from Christian Henning's 1-on-1 coaching practice are labeled accordingly. Individual results vary based on starting point, effort, consistency, and adherence to the system. No result shown or described is a promise of your outcome.

The Sigma Formula, Sigma Score App, and all related materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. The Sigma Formula is an educational resource and is not intended as medical advice. Results vary individually based on individual circumstances, effort, consistency, and adherence to the system.
Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program outlined in our products.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Silver Fox Society, LLC, its owners, or its representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Community Guidelines
When participating in the Silver Fox Society community and Challenge 30, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and professionalism
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Not share another member's personal information without consent
- Not promote competing products or services within the community
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Silver Fox Society reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Sigma Formula system, is the exclusive property of Silver Fox Society, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content without our explicit written permission.
User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Termination
Silver Fox Society reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma County.
